HOMECOMING 2025

Homecoming 2025 reminded us of something simple yet powerful: the Bocconi community is truly global and deeply connected. Over three unforgettable days, more than 4,000 alumni and guests from 67 countries returned to Milan, filling campus with stories, energy, and a shared sense of belonging that distance and time can’t diminish.

The American community brought special vibrancy, with representatives from New York, Miami, Boston, Seattle, Washington D.C., Toronto, and Brazil. We were particularly proud to see the New York Chapter and the Boston Chapter recognized respectively with the Mentoring Award and the Database Award, two well-deserved acknowledgements of their tireless work to keep the community strong overseas.

We were also honored to celebrate the Bocconi Alumni Awards 2025, recognizing three outstanding members of our alumni community. Elena Goitini, CEO of BNL and Country Head for Italy at BNP Paribas Group, was named Alumna of the Year 2025. Two new awards were also introduced: the Emerging Leader Award, presented to Alisée de Tonnac, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Seedstars, and the Changemaker Award, bestowed upon Adama Sanneh, Co-Founder & CEO of the Moleskine Foundation. The weekend also marked the inauguration of the Donor Wall, a lasting tribute to all those whose generosity continues to leave a mark on our University.
During the Homecoming, we also shared the results of the closing Strategic Plan and introduced the main directions of the next one, together with the new Fundraising Campaign 2026–2030, aimed at supporting independence, talent, social mobility, and innovation.

But beyond the ceremonies and awards, what truly stood out was the sense of continuity. Homecoming is never just about coming back: it’s about carrying Bocconi forward, wherever we are. The fundraising campaign Back Home. Impact the Future. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have already raised over 30.000 euros in support of future generations of talented and deserving students. Every gift counts — contribute today and help us reach our goal.

For those who couldn’t be with us this year, we hope you’ll feel part of the story through our Homecoming 2025 recap video — a celebration of connection, gratitude, and the enduring strength of our community.
