Friends of Bocconi University (FoB) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in 2013 to connect Bocconi Alumni and friends across the United States. In addition to strengthening our ties with Bocconi University, we participate in fundraising projects to support scholarships for Bocconi students.

Friends of Bocconi believes that education, community, and philanthropy go hand in hand, and we focus our work on three main objectives:

• Foster the community of Bocconi Alumni in the US: Over 3,000 Bocconi Alumni live and work in the US, and the US-based Bocconi community jumps to over 9,000 members when we include participants in the University’s non-degree programs. We’d like to be in touch with every one of them.

• Advance Bocconi’s reputation in the US: Through personal and professional contacts, we showcase the University’s international reputation to encourage American students to study at Bocconi.
  

• Encourage philanthropy to support scholarships: Through the American Fund, Friends of Bocconi provides scholarships for Bocconi students. The generosity of Bocconi Alumni and friends helps to create access to the magnificent Bocconi experience and expands opportunities for Bocconi students.

Friends of Bocconi is based in New York, where more than 800 Alumni live and work, but we’re here for Alumni throughout the US. We want to connect with Bocconi Alumni and friends all across the country, creating new opportunities to stay in touch.

Bocconi Alumni have formed Chapters in 9 US cities, coast to coast. Each Chapter offers many benefits and opportunities through events, networking, and community initiatives that bring out the Bocconi spirit in all of us.
