Partnerships and Agreements
  • Bocconi has partnerships with 55 universities in the U.S. at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including business and law schools; this also includes 3 double degree programs at the graduate level and a triple degree program at the undergraduate (the World Bachelor in Business, more on this below and WBB).
  • Approx. 400 students participate in exchanges each a.y. — either study at Bocconi or leave Bocconi to study elsewhere.

  • 73 students from the US enrolled at Bocconi in a.y. 2017/2018 — 46 undergraduate, 25 graduate, 2 PhD, and 36 students at SDA Bocconi, 13 MBA
  • 6 professors from the US are among Bocconi's permanent Faculty in a.y. 2017/2018
  • 26 Visiting Professors from US universities and institutions at Bocconi in a.y. 2017/2018
Employers and Placement
  • 117 internships in the U.S. in 2017
  • 54 2018 Bocconi graduates declared to be working in the U.S., according to the last employment survey

Other activities
  • 57 Campus Abroad programs have taken place in the U.S. since 2002 when the first was organized at the NYU Stern School of Business.
  • Since 2002 more than 50 editions of Campus Abroad have occurred, with more than 1,500 Bocconi students participating at the undergraduate, graduate and law levels.
  • In-Company Training in New York began in 2015.
  • In 2018, two In-Company Training in New York sessions occurred, one dedicated to Made in Italy and the other to the legal sector. Students visited Acqua di Parma, CIMA, Eataly, ExportUSA, Max Mara, Poliform, Pulse, TOD's and Yoox. During the legal trek, students met with AEM Carnelutti, Chiomenti Studio Legale, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, Pavia & Harcourt, Pfizer and Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP.
 
Double Degree/Joint Programs
•  World Bachelor in Business – In 2013, Bocconi, HKUST, and USC launched an innovative joint triple degree program that takes undergraduate to three continents during their studies, called the World Bachelor in Business (WBB). The first intake of 38 students graduated in 2017, the second cohort of 46 students graduated in 2018; the third cohort of 39 students will graduated soon in 2019; the fourth cohort of 49 students are at Bocconi studying in their third years; the fifth cohort in is Hong Kong in their sophomore years, and the sixth cohort is in the first months of their freshman year at USC.
•​​​​​​​ Bocconi–SUNY at Albany – In 2008, Bocconi signed an agreement with the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy, University at Albany, State University New York — is a public policy school composed of the Departments of Public Administration and Political Science at the University at Albany, SUNY. The agreement involves Bocconi MSc GIO and foresees three (3) Bocconi students p.a. studying in Albany, New York, and SUNY selecting a maximum of eight (8) undergraduate students to study at Bocconi.
​​​​​​​Bocconi students may obtain their Bocconi MSc degree and a University of Albany, SUNY Master in Public Administration.​​​​​​
•​​​​​​​ Bocconi–University of South Carolina, Moore School of Business – Since a.y. 2014-2015 two (2) Bocconi MSc in International Management and three (3) MSc in Management participate in an exchange with Moore School of Business Master in International Business students.
•​​​​​​​ Bocconi–SMU and HEC Montreal – Since 2016, a second-year Bocconi MSc in Economics and Management in Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment (ACME) student may spend one term at Southern Methodist University, Dallas and one term at HEC Montreal for their jointly delivered Master's of Management degree program in International Arts Management (MMIAM). Participating students may also attend four 1-week modules in Mumbai, New Delhi, Beijing and Milan. 
 
Partnerships and Agreements
Three Continent Exchange Program  
From a.y. 2016-17 to a.y. 2018-19, a year-long exchange dedicated to a maximum of three BIEM students has been taking place. This program entails a first semester at the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business and a second semester at the National University of Singapore, NUS Business School.
Advanced Economics Exchange Program (AEEP) 
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Advanced Economics Exchange Program (AEEP) was launched in 2010 and offers up to 6 students from the ESS or CLEFIN/Finance MSc programs to attend Yale University's PhD program in Economics, the University of Wisconsin's PhD program in Economics and Finance (since 2015). On exchange, these universities send undergraduate students to Bocconi.  The program formerly included Northwestern University (suspended 2016) and the University of Minnesota (suspended 2011).
